History of El Sombrero Restaurant
We are located on El Paseo in the heart of beautiful city of Palm Desert and have been serving the community delicious Mexican food for over 45 years.
El Sombrero Restaurant features excellent service, delicious high quality cuisine, a full bar and an relaxed atmosphere; where friends and family can gather to enjoy time together with the sound of a live Mariachi. Signature plates include "El Sombrero" burrito and “El Sombrero" combination plates. All of our dishes are made from scratch and we have been using the same homemade style recipes since 1965. Of course we can not leave out our delicious Magaritas prepared with tequiela imported from Guadalajara, Jal.
El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant was founded by Jose and Rosa Sombrero. It started out from the kitchen of their home, selling diners to local neighbors. Now, thanks to excellent service and highquality food, El Sombrero has grown to become a blow out success. Currently, there are over 50 franchise restaurants throughout Mexico as well as the United States.
